S'mores Cookies

makes ~36 cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 c all purpose flour
- 1 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1 c (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 3/4 c sugar
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 c mini chocolate chips
- 1 c mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 Hershey bars, chopped
Steps:
- Combine the butter and sugars until fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla until combined.
- Add the flour, graham crackers, salt, and baking soda, mix well.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate dough for about an hour.
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto cookie sheets. Bake for 4 minutes, and remove from the oven. Push 3 to 4 marshmallows and a few Hershey's pieces on top of each cookie. Return to the oven and bake an additional 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
